The idea behind Achè stems from a simple yet powerful question:
How do we honor Cuban cuisine by elevating it to haute cuisine without losing its soul?
Thus, our concept was born:
rescue traditional ingredients, reinterpret them, and bring them into a more contemporary, more technical language,
but always faithful to authentic flavor.
